Asparagus
Pork very thin slices
Marinade-Soy sauce, sake and ginger (Marinade Pork)
Take 2 pieces
of asparagus and wrap in the pork.
Dip roll in flour, egg then breadcrumbs.
Fry in oil until brown.
Sprinkle with lemon juice

Tuna raw cut in chunks
Avocado cut in chunks
Lemon juice
Nori in slices
Wasabi
Soy Sauce
Vinegar
Mix wasabi
and soy sauce, stir in tuna
Mix lemon juice with avocado
Cook the rice and when it is still hot, stir in rice vinegar,
sugar and salt. Cool.
In bowl, put some rice and top with nori and tuna and avocado.

Cucumber
Seaweed Salad
Cucumber-sliced
thin and salted. Let set, then squeeze out water.
Seaweed-washed
in water 5 minutes, then sliced in strips.
Octopus-sliced into thin pieces
Dressing:
Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Soy Sauce
Mix together then pour over seaweed, cucumbers and octopus

Buri
Daikon
Daikons peeled
and sliced into thick rounds
Buri (fish)-in chunks
In a pan with
water and 1 tablespoon of rice, boil daikon 30 minutes.
Salt the fish and let set 20 minutes.
Then boil fish in water for 1 minute and drain.
In pan, add fish and daikon with dashi broth, sake, mirin, sugar,
soy sauce, and ginger.
Boil for 20 minutes
