Here is Our Update Information!
We are glad to have you visit! The Japanese-American Society is a
non-profit organization that promotes cultural exchange and friendship
between Japanese and U.S. citizens in and around Iwakuni, Japan. We offer
many events and activities that enable you to experience Japan's language
and culture first hand. Membership
in JAS is open to Japanese and Americans in the local area. We are always
looking for new members to participate in our events and programs. Membership
runs one calendar year from the date of payment. You can join any time during the
year. The fee Included in
the membership is the monthly "Get Together" at the Atago
Community Center on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. Please contact
the JAS Office if you are interested in becoming a member. This
